Our simple schedule, which includes breakfast and yoga, leaves plenty of space for you to pick and choose from our extensive wellness and spa offerings. From nutritional consultations and shamanic healings to deep tissue massages and personalized workouts, there is no shortage of enriching experiences to keep you feeling nourished and relaxed, which can be added to your itinerary.
Our kitchen offers a culinary program created by Michelin-starred chef, Mads Refslund, offering plant-based, nutrient-rich meals and cooking demonstrations. With the option of adding lunch and/or dinner to your daily program, there is no need to leave the House should you wish to fully retreat.
Featuring a plant-rich, seasonal menu, our meals are served communally in our dining room overlooking our open demonstration kitchen. Lunch and dinner are offered as set meals shared amongst all guests on property. Contact reservations to inquire about availability.
