
Half-Day Retreat: Functional Fitness

Join us for a half-day retreat designed to restore balance and inner strength through a curated selection of functional fitness activities that invigorate and inspire.
Begin your day with a gentle breathwork and yoga class in the glass Meditation Hall, incorporating stretching, meditation and sound. We follow this with our signature tea ceremony in the Healing Arts Barn, a space dedicated to exploring the world of teas and their healing benefits.
From there we transition to our open-air Movement Pavilion for a fitness class designed to create awareness around form and body alignment. The half-day experience concludes with lunch served communally in the Main Barn dining area overlooking our demonstration kitchen, with a menu highlighting plant-rich, local ingredients.
