Nourish and Rebalance

Join us for a weekend retreat dedicated to the exploration of nourishment as an integral component of the wellness journey.
The retreat will feature inventive dinners by chef Mads Refslund, celebrating our plant-rich, sustainable culinary program designed to nourish the whole person. Guests will have the opportunity to learn about local, wild and abundant ingredients to be used in meals, encouraging discovery and connection with the natural bounty that surrounds us.
Our culinary-focused activities will be complemented by signature healing treatments, workshops, meditation and movement activities to provide a truly holistic wellness experience. Days will begin with a morning tea ceremony, gentle stretch and meditation practice. Guided beach walks, movement classes, and yoga are offered throughout the day. Afternoons can be spent in complete self-care: daily massages or your choice of treatments from our spa menu, including face and body treatments, water therapy, energy work and healing arts treatments can be added to your retreat experience.
