An extended wellness retreat offering five days of relaxation, rejuvenation and self-care.

Our fully immersive programs are curated and led by our resident experts to meet the individual intentions of each guest and create an experience that is intimate and transformative.

From healing treatments to workshops, nutrition, meditation and movement—all are selected in support of a wellness experience that is as unique as the individual embarking upon it.

Days begin with a morning tea ceremony, gentle stretch and meditation practice. Guided beach walks, movement classes, Pilates, yoga and meditation are offered throughout the day.

Three massages, conducted in the privacy of your guest studio or in the spa, are included in your stay. Spend afternoons in complete self-care with your choice of additional treatments from our spa menu, which includes face and body treatments, Watsu, energy work and other healing arts.

Communal meals are an opportunity to meet and connect with other guests over dishes that are nourishing as well as beautiful and delicious. Evenings offer expert-led discussions, fireside ceremonies and live music.
