A week-long retreat from the everyday. Focused on restoration through movement, meditation, massage, healing-arts treatments and nutritious, beautiful meals shared in community.
Our fully immersive programs are curated and led by our resident experts to meet the individual intentions of each guest and create an experience that is intimate and transformative.
From healing treatments to workshops, nutrition, meditation and movement—all are selected in support of a wellness experience that is as unique as the individual embarking upon it.
Days begin with a morning tea ceremony, gentle stretch and meditation practice. Guided beach walks, movement classes, Pilates, yoga and meditation are offered throughout the day.
Spend afternoons in complete self-care: daily massages and your choice of treatments from our spa menu, which includes face and body treatments, Watsu, energy work and healing arts.
Communal meals are an opportunity to meet and connect with other guests over dishes that are nourishing as well as beautiful and delicious. Evenings offer expert-led discussions, fireside ceremonies and live music.
