Winter Sauna Retreat

Join us for a four-day detox, bringing to light the intentions you have set for the new year and sweating away that which no longer serves you. Guests will be guided through a total of three specially curated circuits using the sauna, steam room and cold plunge pools that will pamper you, push your limits and give you a holistic wellness experience unlike any other.

Banya treatments, Sauna Aufguss and scrub rituals, Harrison and Amanda’s forte, will be offered alongside Shou Sugi Ban House’s signature crystal sound healing, meditations, movement classes and workshops.

From the time Harrison and Amanda met they knew they wanted to work together to help people reconnect with themselves and others in this age of increasing disconnection, toxicity and stress; it was the sauna that provided the space to do so and thus Sense Elements, their experiential wellness business, was born.

They recognized how good they felt after every sweat and this led them to begin researching the tremendous health benefits of hot and cold therapy. When they began layering in other elements — both in conjunction with and apart from the sauna — that awaken your senses such as sound healing, cold therapy, meditation, aromatherapy, nature immersion and movement, Amanda and Harrison realized they had cultivated a unique holistic healing experience and wanted to share it with the world. They trained under sauna masters in Europe to understand the traditions, honor them and respect the healing powers of the heat that our ancestors always intuitively sensed.

From artist and international model to sauna master, they have both lived unique lives that have shaped their views, ignited their passion, and helped to create a program that helps people get in touch with their highest selves. They are excited to share it with you.
